The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, IN, is issuing a combined synopsis solicitation RFQ 15B41823Q00000017 for the provision of LCP - Transition Coach. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a requirements contract with a firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual based on Price, Past Performance, and meets the requirements per the Statement of Work. The Past Performance Questionaire, Credentials of Religious Services Contractor BOP form BP-A0778, and the RFQ must be submitted to mpgibson@bop.gov or sballinger@bop.gov by the closing date, March 24, 2023. The contract base period will be from the months of May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 with a possibility of four (4) option years. The contractor will provide up to 30 estimated hours each week of religious instruction. A session is defined as one (1) hour per day. Please see the attached statement of work for exact details and qualifications. The combined synopsis solicitation will be available on February 22, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.sam.gov.
