There is a second site visit scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 8:30AM EST. All participants must arive at the below location no later than 8:30AM EST to be escorted at all times though the facility. No late arrivals will be afforded the opportunity to attend the site visit. Interested attendees for the second site visit must email both the POCs listed with this announcement no later than 2:00PM EST on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 in order to be granted access to the military installation. The location for the site visit is:

A building electrical drawing is available and may be obtained by emailing both POCs listed with this announcement. This drawing shall not be posted to SAM.gov directly.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation utilizing Simplifed Acquistiion Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.003(g)(1) with the expectation of awarding a Firm-Fixed-Priced construction contract.
