Please reply to this sources sought if you are interested in participating in a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with Dover Air Force Base (DAFB).
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, management, supplies, and facilities, including transportation of linen to contractor-owned/contractor-operated laundry facility to accomplish the required linen cleaning service. The contractor shall provide and perform laundry services in accordance with the requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in support of Dover Air Force Base (AFB).
Type of Instrument: This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply. A BPA is not a contract and does not obligate the Government to order a specific quantity of services. The BPA itself is not an authorization to furnish services. - Documents:
