NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941025Q2095. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective 06/11/2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 812331. The size standard is $40 (Millions of Dollars). This is a full and open competition. It is the contractor-s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Healthcare Operations Contracting Division (WHCO-CD) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following items required:
Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis Air Force Base requires all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and all labor necessary to provide laundry & linen rental service, including pick-up and delivery. The contractor will provide the scope of items listed in Appendixes D and E, as well as provide sufficient quantities that will meet the needs of the MOMMC and meet the general intent of this contract. MOMMC personnel and the contractor will agree to a scrub inventory with specific quantities, sizes, colors and styles.
