Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice ONLY of the Government-s intent to issue a solicitation in the near future and not a Request for Quote.
This acquisition is for a fixed price purchase order for the procurement of 19 each for national stock number 5430-01-237-3657 with delivery to SUSQUEHANNA, PA.
This solicitation will be issued as a commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.5.
This is a set-aside acquisition. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) - https://www.dibbs.bsmn.dla.mil/.
All responsible sources will be able to submit a quote which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for the award. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and may result in rejection of the same.
