- Description : The Employees- Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (ERS) is soliciting proposals from Qualified Vendors, for standard business hours of Monday thru Friday 0745 to 4:30 pm HST, and vendor is to have availability based upon a 24 x 7 x 365 support with a 4 hour response time. Offeror's are to be Professional Information Technology firms who have the requisite credentials and experience in providing Linux Azure support and Oracle E-Business Suite Financials systems in a Microsoft Cloud environment to support the requirements of this RFQ. Vendor is to have all requisite technical and business certifications not limited to but including from Microsoft and Oracle companies in order to complete the requirements stated in the specification. Vendors are to have a minimum of (5) recent/active years of experience with a minimum of (3) state government clients of similar scope, scale and complexity of ERS. Vendor to provide 24 x 7 x 365 support services for a one-year term (1 year) term from notice to proceed (NTP), or purchase order issuance. Compliance:At conclusion of the solicitation HIePRO will issue an electronic notice of recommended vendor selection for award consideration for the solicitation. The state will provide subsequent notification which will include a fully executed Purchase Order (PO) or a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The vendor who receives electronic notification from HIePRO is advised to wait until the receipt of the PO or the NTP before proceed...
