- It is the intent of the Town of New Milford Public Works Department to award a bid for CRS-1 or 2/CMS-1 or 2 Liquid Asphalt Emulsion to be used in our 2019 DuraPatcher P5 Pothole Patching Machine. This bid shall consist of furnishing the necessary material needed to supply our pothole patching machine year round, including winter and summer mix, which will be stored in our 4,000 gal heated storage tank located at 533 Danbury Rd. New Milford, CT.The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole.
