Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) solicits your quote for Liquid He Dewar and Sub-Cooler to be utilized within the United States. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document.

Price Quote:
The Offeror shall complete and return the attached Quotation Pricing Sheet. Pricing shall remain firm for sixty (60) days to allow time for review, selection, and Award. Prices shall be quoted in U.S. Dollars. This requirement is subject to FAR Part 25, Buy American Act. Please provide the place of manufacturer on the Quotation Pricing Sheet. The Offeror shall provide the requested information for listed Technical Qualifiers as detailed in section 2.1. Freight terms quoted shall be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid as detailed on Page 1 of RFQ Document. Other Submittals:
