Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
Must be demonstrably compatible with JEOL X3-series Electron Spin Resonance Spectrometers Must be able to achieve a variable temperature range of 2.5 K to 420 K. Must be able to achieve a 15 minute cool down time from 293 K to 2.5 K Must achieve a temperature stability of ±0.5 K Must not consume more than 1.5 L of liquid Helium per hour at 4.5 K Must accept a dewar adapter diameter of 5/8 inch Must be compatible with a power supply of 100V - 200V AC, 1 Amp Must accept sample tube with 5 mm outer diameter Must be compatible with the following JEOL ESR cavities: ES-UCX2, MCX1A, MCX3B, ODMRC, 14040DMC Must include the following components: the cryostat itself (inclusive of heater and sensor), transfer line, dewar adapter, Flow meter, and temperature controll... - Documents:
