The Purpose Of This Erfp Is To Secure A Comprehensive Supply Base That Can Deliver Liquid Propane To Meet The Operational Needs Of A Broad Demographic Of State And Local Government Users Who Require Quality Products/service, Timely And Effective Delivery, And High Levels Of Customer Care During And After The Sale. Specifically, Authorized Users Of Any Resultant Statewide Contract(s) Will Require Delivery Of Liquid Propane Based On Two Categories, Retail Size Order (50 ¿ 9,000 Gallons) And Bulk Size Order (greater Than 9,000 Gallons). These Categories Are Differentiated By The Minimum And Maximum Size/volume Of The Order. The State Seeks Proposals From Suppliers That Can Deliver Liquid Propane (retail Size Order) To One (1), Multiple, Or All Counties Within The State. The State Also Seeks Proposals From Suppliers That Can Deliver Liquid Propane (bulk Size Order) To One (1), Multiple, Or All Regions Within The State. Specifically, The One Hundred And Fifty-nine (159) Counties That Constitute The State Have Been Grouped Into Twelve (12) Distinct Regions As Set Forth In The 12 Region Sourcing Map (attachment G).
