FDA approved, gluten free, suitable for lactose intolerance and low residue diets, Halal and Kosher certified. Product is a balanced nutritional product that contains all essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Products come in 8 ounce cartons. Several different types of products are requested, please see attached product descriptions. This is an estimate for one year but is not a guarantee that we will purchase the total amount of product requested. Ordering will be done monthly or as needed. Download and complete the Product description specs with unit price and total price including taxes. Attached completed spreadsheet. Total price must also be entered into the Hiepro solicitation response.
