The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for Lithum Ion Battery Storage Cabinets. Although previously intended to be sole source, this acquisition has been revised.
The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside.
