The purpose of this amendment revises the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quote item list. Modifications are highlighted in red. The Wage Determination has been updated per Department of Labor Memorandum Number 250, utilizing Wage Determination 1985-1233 (based on the International Union of Elevator Constructors - IUEC). A revised wage determination w ill not be available until after Union negotiations. Important Note: Offerors excluded from the competitive range may not resubmit a quote. Contractors are not required to resubmit Past Performance (Factor 1) or Technical Capability (Factor 2). Offer Due Date: August 6, 2025, 10:00 AM (PST). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at Little Goose Lock and Dam (LGA) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), manufacturer-s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as State standards.

Option Year One: June14, 2026 - June 13, 2027
Option Year Two: June 14, 2027 - June 13, 2028
