Amendment 2: Addendum 2 is attached to the event. Addendum 2 revises the due date and time of the solicitation and responds to questions received by the deadline stated in the Solicitation. Amendment 1: Addendum 1 is attached to the event. Addendum 1 provides the Sample Contract and Exhibits referenced in the solicitation documents. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase and maintenance of live scan machines for the State of Minnesota and CPV Members. CONTRACT TERM. The anticipated initial contract term will be from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2030. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is 3:00 PM, Central Time on December 17, 2024. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Huebner at Elizabeth.Huebner@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. SWIFT HELP DESK.
