The successful bidder shall be required to deliver one (1) tractor and each equipment which satisfy the requirements in Section "System Requirements" to Natural Resources Management Section - Clarkston, WA by the date shown in Section "Shipment and Delivery". Contractor shall also provide documentation, and other items as stated in Section "Submittals". The successful bidder shall have a factor authorized dealership within 100 miles of natural resources management section - Clarkston. The factory authorized dealership must stock standard maintenance parts. all furnished equipment shall be new and not refurbished and conform in strength, quality of material, workmanship, and sound engineering standards.
