The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for news monitoring company to track and report relevant news through daily news summaries (national news, broadcast news alerts, and Mexican President-s “mañanera” press conferences), and monthly quantitative and qualitative coverage reports.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed contract
The Government is planning a Pre-Quotation Conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of quotations submission shall deem the offeror-s quotes to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
