Do you have current infrastructure on Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB, or Cheyenne Mountain SFS, or can you work the with current infrastructure which is Lumen owned in order to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements? This requirement is not for new infrastructure being laid. Would you be able to meet an Oct 2025 - Jan 2026 timeline to start? We intend to utilize the provision 52.215-22 Limitations on Pass-Through Charges-Identification of Subcontract Effort and the clause 52.215-23 Limitations on Pass-Through Charges. Please let us know if you are able to meet the thresholds outlined in the above provision and clause. Provide the following in your response: Name, address, CAGE code, and POC for your company. Specify your business type, does your company fall under any small business concerns under NAICS 517111? List all that apply. (small disadvantage business, 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, women-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business) Do you agree with the NAICS Code classification of 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers? Or would you suggest another more suitable to the requirement? Do you find any of the PWS requirement impossible to perform or requiring further clarification? Any issues with consolidating all three (3) locations into one contract with multiple CLINS for each location; Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB, and Cheyenne Mountain SFS. These questions are not all inclusive and there may be follow-up questions during the meeting. The timeframe for our meeting is 6-7 May from 0930 MT - 1400 MT.
