Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to 21 February 2025, 2:00 PM MST
Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation Attachment 5 Price List and incorporate Attachment 6 USAFA LLTS Question and Answer Responses.
Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation Attachment 7 Provisions and Clauses.
The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the delivery of Local/Long Distance and E911 Telecommunication Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1) and the BPA Terms and Conditions (Attachment 4). This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a firm fixed-price, single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 3-year ordering period. The full period of performance is 1 Apr 2025-31 Mar 2028. Installation and cutover is to be completed no later than 31 Mar 2025 with active service 1 Apr 2025. Complete combined synopsis attached.
