Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Unit Plan of Operations application on March 10, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp) requesting authorization to construct the Diamond Pad. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment.Applicant: HilcorpProject ID: LOCI 25-001Location: State land within the Susitna Flats Game RefugeProject Description: Hilcorp proposes to construct a new gravel pad, pig launching pad, access road, and pipeline within the Pretty Creek Unit on Oil and Gas Lease ADL 58810. The new gravel pad would measure 425 feet by 400 feet and connect to the existing local Beluga Road by a new gravel access road that would measure 40 feet by 832 feet. Hilcorp would also install a 1,232-foot-long buried six-inch pipeline along the new access road to tie into the existing pipeline system and construct a 40-foot by 60-foot gravel pig launching pad across the existing road from the proposed new pad.
