Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Lease Plan of Operations application on April 9, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp) requesting to install new gas production infrastructure on the existing Whiskey Gulch Pad near Anchor Point. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.158. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment.
