Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting PANNGB-25-P-0000-005755 as an RFQ.
The Indiana Army National Guard is hosting a training event in Bloomington, Indiana. The event will require personnel to stay overnight.
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) CLIN 0001 - Lodging
3a) The following commercial supplies are listed in detail below.
3b) The contractor shall supply 126 Single Occupancy Rooms for 17-20 March 2025. One room will need to be accessible. Occupant will be accompanied by a service animal.
All Lodging shall be located within walking distance (1/3rd of a mile) of the Monroe Convention Center, Bloomington, Indiana.
4) The room rates must meet the GSA lodging rates as allowed by the Joint Travel Regulation for Bloomington, Indiana.
5) Quotes shall include the following:
A description of the room plan along with detailed pricing information.

6) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conformance to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.
