This is a combined synopsis solicitation number W50S9325QA003 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ) competed IAW FAR PART 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR PART 12, Commercial Items. Quotes failing to meet all the terms and conditions of this solicitation; to include buy terms, line-item descriptions, and attachments, may not be evaluated for award. One (1) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Any reference to the term “BID” in this solicitation is used synonymously with the word “QUOTE”. The 156th Wing, Muñiz ANGB -Carolina, Puerto Rico Air National Guard, has a requirement to obtain quotes for Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD) Lodging in the San Juan-Isla Verde greater area, PR. The 156th Wing intends to enter into a contract to provide room nights beginning from Monday, 9 January until Tuesday 31 January 2025.
Lodging facilities must be within fifteen (15) road miles of Muñiz ANGB -San Juan- Isla Verde, PR. Double rooms shall have two queen or single beds with a sofa-that can be converted into a bed and single rooms shall have a King or queen bed with a sofa-that can be converted into a bed.
For the purposes of evaluating proposed lodging pricing, our agency shall adhere by mandated current Department of Defense (DoD) travel rates or Pier Diem applicable to determine its reasonability.
