On-post (Camp Joseph T. Robinson, NLR Arkansas) lodging for Arkansas Army National Guard students attending Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training at the 233rd Regional Training Institute (RTI) of the AR ARNG located on CTJR. On-post lodging is a requirement for attendance at RTI Courses.
The Arkansas Army National Guard's (AR ARNG) 233rd Regional Training Institute (RTI) conducts Military Occupational Speciality (MOS) Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Professional Education (PED) courses on Camp Joseph T. Robinson (CJTR), North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199. Students attending these MOS NCO PED courses are required to be lodged on-post. The Camp Robinson Billeting Office is a non-appropriated fund entity that operates the on-post lodging at CJTR. The subject requirment provides lodging for 233rd RTI Students attending courses at the 233rd RTI from March 2025 thru September 2025.
