Description
The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Terabase Corporation, 10 Elm Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923-2848, USA, for the procurement of LogiQuest DVD version software subscriptions renewal. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
