Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 70FBLA25Q00000018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 561990 and the small business size standard is 16.5 million. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is anticipating awarding a firm fixed-price purchase order for the following items.
This procurement will be awarded under a LPTA basis.
All services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The Government estimates but does not guarantee the volume of services required during the period of performance. The Government reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of containers, number of locations and/or document destruction service schedule specified in the price/cost schedule.

Shred bins shall be delivered 24 hours after receipt of order and shall be shipped together or sooner. Vendor shall provide a point of contact, delivery date, and shipping tracking number. All inquiries shall be made in writing to Contracting Officer email address doris.prier@fema.dhs.gov. The cut-off day for inquiries is 4:00 pm Thursday, August 14, 2025. Responses to questions will be returned as soon as practicable.
