This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated with this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease approximately 22,000 ANSI/BOMA (29,700 RSF) of contiguous climate-controlled warehouse space in Louisville, KY. ANSI/BOMA stands for American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association. The space must be existing space located on no more than one (1) floor with two (2) to three (3) loading docks and handicap accessible. On-site parking must have approximately fifteen (15) to twenty (20) parking spaces as well as bicycle parking within 0.1 miles of the building. Offered space must comply with all Government requirements for fire safety, seismic and sustainability standards, and ADA code requirements per the terms of the lease.
