Thank you for participating in the Low Altitude Stalking and Striking Ordinance (LASSO) Industry Day on 29 October 2024.
In preparation for your interest in building the LASSO, we have prepared a draft Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Statement of Work (SOW) that encompasses the Architecture requirements and Hardware requirements.
To obtain a copy, please e-mail one of the Government points of contact (POC-s) below with your intention to review the draft CUI SOW, and a Government representative will forward the document via DoD SAFE with a passcode for access to the encrypted file.
There is an Operations Security (OPSEC) requirement to ensure all recipients of the CUI file meet access requirements in accordance with (IAW) 32 CFR 117, NISPOM and DoDM 5200.48, Controlled Unclassified Information. CUI information is not releasable to the public, so if you are a newly interested vendor and did not attend the LASSO Industry Day in October 2024, please provide your citizenship on a letter from your Facility Security Officer (FSO) and provide your company cage code.

After review of the draft SOW, please provide programmatic feedback no later than 17 January 2025, and the Government will set up a Microsoft (MS) Teams meeting with your team to review your feedback (if desired). Please express your intention for a MS Teams meeting to discuss your feedback, no later than 8 January 2025.
