The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Lowell National Historical Park in Lowell, Massachusetts. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to remove and replace the existing 10-ton air handler as detailed in the Scope of Work and Specifications. The contractor shall confirm condition of existing piping, connecting ducts, and electrical, then tie into the existing heating loop - to effectively heat and cool the space.
