M., Local Time, On August 27, 2024, And Then At Said Office Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. All Bidders Must Attend A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting In Its Entirety At The Same Location At 10:00 A.m. On August 6, 2024. A Site Visit Will Follow The Pre-bid Meeting. All Bid Questions Must Be Submitted To The Owner By 10:00 A.m. On August 20, 2024.
