PROJECT TITLE: REPAIR BUILDING 61 ROOFPROJECT LOCATION: JEFFERSON BARRACKS AIR NATIONAL GUARD STATION (ANGS)
THIS WORK INCLUDES REPLACEMENT OF THE ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF OF BUILDING 61 AND REPAIRS TO RELATED BUILDING COMPONENTS AT JEFFERSON BARRACKS ANGS, ST. LOUIS MO 63125.
WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. THIS PROJECT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 238160 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $19 MILLION. THE DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204 IS BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000. THE GOVERNMENT'S BUDGET IS $36,000.
In accordance with FAR 36.211(b), the following information is provided:
(1) The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at FAR 43.204, DFARS 243.204 and AFARS 5143.204.
(2) Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available but will be compiled and provided in future announcements.
