Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement for a Lube Oil Purification System. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1723Q0014, (written) is approximately the third week of February 2023. The anticipated award date is the second week of March 2023. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price supply contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333998, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. NOTE: This previous NAICS code was 333999 which was changed in late 2022. The applicable Product Service Code is 3695, Miscellaneous Special Industry Machinery. The small business standard size is 500 employees. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a total small business set aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
