LUBRICANT OIL COMPRESSOR WHSE STOCK FY24The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for 55 gallon drums of compressor lubricant oil for Atlas Copco GA315W-125, oil-injected, screw type compressors to replenish warehouse stock for Grand Coulee Power Office.This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. We anticipate issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by November 7, 2023, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1724Q0012, (written) is approximately the second week of November 2023. The anticipated closing date is the third week of November. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of November. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation. This will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply.
