SOURCES SOUGHT
The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of sixty-thousand (60,000) BF, lumber white oak (hardwood) 14”X14”X14-, surfacing rough. Manufactured to federal specifications FSCM 881348. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to BUILDING 7000 DOOR 12 7000 FINBACK CIRCLE SILVERDALE WA 98315.

It is anticipated that the solicitation (SPMYM225Q1202) will be posted on or about 7 APR 2025.
The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov/
The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.
The closing date of the solicitation will be 10 days from the solicitation posting.

OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ AND ANY ATTACHMENTS from Beta Sam.Gov and to frequently monitor Beta Sam for any amendments.

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
