Amendment 0003 (16 JUL 2025) - The purpose of this amendment is as follows: a) Extend Proposal Due Date - 13 AUG 2025 (Wednesday) at 1400 hrs JST. (Attached - Signed SF 30). Amendment 0002 (11 JUL 2025) - The purpose of this amendment is as follows: a) Removed Clause ? FAR 52.228-1 -- Bid Guarantee. b) Removed/Revised ? SF 1442 - Section L and M - All Past Performance Fact Sheet (PPFS) and Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) requirements are eliminated in Section L and M. c) Removed/Revised ? SF 1442 - Section L - C.1(Part I).(a) and (e) - (a) The Offeror shall provide a concise summary and master table of contents of the entire proposal. and (e) Financial Statement Requirement: Offeror must provide the most recent 3 years of Company Annual Closing Balance Sheet or Taishaku-taisho-hyo. These should be certified by an independent public accountant or by an appropriate officer of the firm.
