The contractor shall provide M1087 decoys, generators, staking, and storage containers.1.1.1 above. The pricing of the goods will include:• M1087 Expansible Van in solid tan or green color 1:1 Scale match• Commercial Spec Materials such as PVC with underlayment of foil/fabric under exterior vinyl skin• Continuous Air Source• Weather resistance, thermal stability from -20 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius• Maintain position in 50 mph wind gusts• Rapidly deployable and reconfigured. Set-up time no longer than 45 minutes.• All tools required to setup and secure the decoy to the ground.
