The purpose of this contract is to obtain contractor support to develop and administer Motorcycle Mentorship Training (train the trainer) curriculum to provide instruction and training support in compliance with Marine Corps Safety Management System, Volumes 1-9 (Marine Corps Order (MCO) 5100.29C), for the Marines and Sailors of 3d Marine Aircraft Wing (3D MAW).
