- It is the intent of the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, to outline the requirements for the Resurfacing of Mac Donald Drive- from Valley Road to its westerly end - 2024 MA 00141 . The work shall include milling existing pavement, repairing existing base as required, constructing new Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, inlet and manhole reconstruction, replacing of existing inlet castings with Eco Type castings and bicycle safe grates, curb repairs, reconstruction of ADA curb ramps, storm sewer pipe replacement, striping, guiderail and related items, and other incidentals.
