The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipmentnecessary to Repair Chiller 2, Replace VFD and Cooling Tower 2 B4231 at Keesler AFB, MS asspecified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings.
This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Under-Utilized Businesses (HUBZone) set aside,utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested HUBZone sources maysubmit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. Thesize standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is N041. Magnitude of proposedconstruction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, andDrawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 1 April 2025 with a tentative closing date of 1 May 2025. The contractperformance period will be 180 days after receiving the Notice of Award.
