Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division, in support of the U.S. Army Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to a potential AbilityOne vendor, Community Workshops Inc. located at 174 Portland St, Boston, MA 02114 under the authority as prescribed in FAR 8.603(b)(1). No other source for this acquisition can be used as the Government's requirement of mandatory sources. The requirement is for Mail and Distribution Management Services.
This is a non-personal service to provide Mail and Distribution Management to the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) in Natick, MA 01760. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Responsibilities include providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform postal processing.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 491110 and the size standard is $9,000,000.00 dollars.
