Description:
The City of Pasadena City Clerks department handles all citywide interoffice and US mail processing for the City of Pasadena. The Mail Services Department of the City of Pasadena is inviting proposals from capable vendors to replace their existing mailing equipment. The proposals must encompass installation, training, and an ongoing maintenance plan that includes all parts and labor for a fixed monthly cost over the course of five years. Local service will be offered within 24 hours of any operational issue, covered through the maintenance plan at no additional cost. The City manages an average of 450,000 outgoing mail pieces annually, including letters, postcards, packages, and additional USPS services such as Certified Mail. Due to seasonal fluctuations in volume, the City necessitates two high-speed/volume postage machines and one versatile folding and inserting system with inline meter.
