    This is an official notice for a SOLICITATION - Request for Quote (RFQ) #FA462525Q1060
    The U.S. Air Force, 509th Contracting Squadron, Whiteman AFB, MO, is issuing this solicitation for mail sorting and distribution furniture in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
    DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to deliver, install, and remove old mail sorting and distribution furniture located at Building 527, 750 Arnold Ave, Suite 1C, Whiteman AFB, MO. Work shall be performed during normal duty hours (0700-1600, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays) and in accordance with the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work.Removal and disposal of all old system furniture being replaced is required (see Attachment 2).
    SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:Quotes shall be submitted via email to both the Contract Specialist, TSgt Chance Slaton (chance.slaton@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, 2Lt Brittainy Shirley (brittainy.shirley@us.af.mil), no later than 10:00 AM CST, 18 August 2025. The subject line must read:“FA462525Q1060 - Mail Sort and Distro Furniture”
