The Town Of Glastonbury Will Receive On-Line Bids For Roadway Realignment, Traffic Signal Modification And Sidewalk Construction Located On Route 17 / Main Street And Chestnut Hill Road In Glastonbury, Ct. Bidders Wishing To Submit A Bid Are Directed To Respond Online Through A Secure E-Procurement Portal. Responses Can Be Submitted At : Https://Glastonburyct.Bonfirehub.Com/, Under The Bid Title 201Cgl-2025-22 Main Street Sidewalks Phase 3C 201D. No Late Bids Will Be Accepted. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In The Form Of A Bid Bond, Certified In An Amount Not Less Than 10% Of The Base Bid Except As Otherwise Expressly Provided In The Instruction To Bidders. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Provide Performance And Labor And Material Payment Bonds In The Full Amount Of The Agreed Contract Price. This Project Is Subject To The Prevailing Wage Requirements Of Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-53 And State Set-Aside And Contract Compliance Requirements.
