Description:
In accordance with Act 125 of May 7, 1942, as amended, and Regulation 8981 of PRPA Bids and Request for Proposals, the Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA) is requesting competitive bids from contractors, for the project referenced above. The project consists of the complete removal of existing roofing/waterproofing system at BQN Airport Main Terminal Building's roof, the installation of a new Fluid-Applied Roofing System; along with the waterproofing of all exterior building envelope including walls, parapets, façade elements, windows, doors and glazing by using elastomeric wall coatings and joint sealants. Other works such as removal and disposal of roof-mounted HVAC units, replacement of existing water cisterns and related components, and relocation of existing electrical and telecommunications conduits and wiring are part of the project. All works shall be in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Bid Documents.Bidders of this project shall submit the Proposal, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents, on or before March 20, 2025 at 10:00AM.
