Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform maintenance and repair of the Dehumidification Plants located at the Livorno Army Depot area, USAG Italy, DMC, in accordance with Italian Law 81/2008, Ministerial Decree n. 37/2008, Technical CEI/EN Standards and O&M Manuals. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the maintenance and repair of the dehumidification plants at USAG Italy, DMC Areas, for all the buildings and structures listed at point 5.2.1 of the PWS. The PWS will be posted along with the Solicitation.
Location of the work: The service shall be performed at the Leghorn Army Depot, Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.
Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:
Base Year: 23 August 2024 - 22 August 2024
Option Year One: 23 August 2025 - 22 August 2026
Option Year Two: 23 August 2026 - 22 August 2027
Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Material Contract.
Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted 2nd or 3rd Calendar Year Quarter.
Response date: The response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF-24-Q-0096)
Site visit/ pre-quote conference: Site Visit and Pre-Quote Conference. A Pre-Quote Conference is anticipated to be held on 9 July 2024, 10.00 hrs. on Teams.
