The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Elevator Systems at U.S Army Garrison (UASG) Wiesbaden, Germany.
The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) option years. Proposed performance start date is on or about 24 September 2024.
The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov.

Site Visit: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held:

LOCATION: Lucius D. Clay Kaserne 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany
a. No later than 15:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) on 03 June 2024 interested vendors shall inform Sebastian Gotzmer, Contract Specialist, Sebastian.Gotzmer.LN@army.mil , Aaron M. Ritter, aaron.m.ritter.civ@army.mil of their intent to attend the site visit and include the full names of all attendees. Only 2 representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit.
b. Site visit attendees are required to be at the main gate of Clay Kaserne no later than 08:45 of the scheduled date. The meeting point for the site visit is the Visitors Center on the right side of the main entrance to Clay Kaserne. All attendees must present their identification card or passport and car registration to gain entry. Security guards may perform body search and/or vehicle inspections.
