Description : This Agreement provides for furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide the complete maintenance and repair of Life Fitness exercise equipment, located at NYC Parks Recreation Centers, Citywide. This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City-s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
