The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, BD Biosciences, Milpitas CA 95035. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

Maintenance Service Contract for, BD Symphony A1. This will be for a base award and 4 option years
1. Serial# : R664892000042Coverage includes the BD Symphony A1including lasers and one ComputerWorkstation (excluding printers) for labortravel expenses and parts (excludingconsumables), for the following:- 2 Preventive Maintenance Inspections tobe performed during a twelve-month period- 2 Preventive Maintenance Kits- Software Revisions released during theAgreement term.- Unlimited service visits, Monday-Friday,excluding BD Biosciences holidays.- 48-hour guaranteed response to a requestfor emergency on-site service (Mondaythrough Friday, excluding BD Biosciencesholidays). If we fail to meet ourcommitment, a $500 Response Time Creditwill be issued.- Unlimited telephone support forinstruments, reagents and applicationswill be provided at no additional charge. QTY 1EA.
