The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris is issuing a request for proposal for maintenance services for elevators in various locations in Paris, Boulogne and Neuilly, for one base year and two option years.
The Government may award the contract(s) based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant will be multiple IDIQ (indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contracts.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
