Description
1. This contract is for the Maintenance of Family Housing Quarters, USAG Ansbach, Germany. This work includes cleaning, repair and interior painting, repair and replacement of floors, mold removal, and minor repairs between occupancies in Government Quarters of US Housing Areas, Bachelor Officers Quarters (BOQ), Senior Enlisted Bachelor Quarters (SEBQ) and Single Soldiers Housing (SSH) within USAG Ansbach. USAG Ansbach includes the following areas: Barton Kaserne, Bismarck Kaserne, Bleidorn Kaserne, Katterbach Kaserne, Shipton Kaserne, Oberdachstetten and Illesheim.
2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of Euro 20,000.00. for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 16,500,000.00.
3. Contract Period: 15 February 2025 - 14 February 2030.
4. Fourty (40) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.
5. The solicitation will be issued on or about 06 December 2024 with an anticipated bid closing date of approximately 07 January 2025. Paper copies will not be available.
6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.
7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
