a. post answers to questions received from the Solicitation Site Visit that occurred on 16 July 2025.
b. extend the solicitation closing date from 25 July 2025, 0900 AM CEST TO 12 August 2025, 0900 AM CEST
b. all other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same.
